Once I got started on my GED, I knew I could do more. Michael's Way paid for my nursing supplies, uniform and shoes so I could enroll in Tech's Certified Nursing Assistant program, and they helped me get a job at a nursing home facility. Now I'm completing the RN program, too. Having a profession lets me raise my daughter with dignity and security, and at the same time it lets me help other people.
